About Dee
Following in his father’s footsteps in the financial industry, Dee Warner began his career in banking and capital finance before becoming a financial advisor. He was raised to always do what is right, and that philosophy extends to how he works with his clients and his team at Warner, Hood, Hardee & Stroud Wealth Advisors. Dee helps clients manage more than just assets—he guides them in transitioning wealth from accumulation to distribution, liability management, and making sound financial decisions throughout their life.


Education
Dee earned a degree in political science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Dee is a CPWA Professional, specializing in wealth advisory.


Away from the Office
Dee is active in his community through service to organizations including St. Mary’s Episcopal Church, UNC/Lenoir Hospital, and Arendell Parrott Academy. He and his wife, Sarah, have two children, Dee and Lillian. In his free time, he enjoys being on the water and playing golf.

About Justin
A Greenville, NC, native, Justin Hardee brings more than a decade of financial services experience to Warner, Hood, Hardee & Stroud Wealth Advisors. He listens carefully to his clients, collaborating with them to create strategies that meet their evolving needs. In 2022, Justin was recognized as a member of the Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network Platinum Council.

Education
Justin earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from North Carolina State University and the Accredited Asset Management Specialist℠ (AAMS®) designation from the College for Financial Planning.

Away from the Office
Justin and his wife, Allyson, live in Greenville with their children, Jackson and Mary Kate. He is active in the community through the Chamber of Commerce, Ducks Unlimited, and Greenville Country Club. He enjoys golf, hunting, and spending time on the coast with family and friends.

About Lauren
Lauren Miracle has been serving clients in the financial services industry for more than 18 years. At Warner, Hood, Hardee & Stroud Wealth Advisors, she manages technology, marketing, customer support, account maintenance, asset movement, estate processing and administrative tasks. Lauren values getting to know clients and supporting them through life’s milestones.

Education
Lauren attended Northern Kentucky University and has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a minor in human service management.


Away from the Office
Originally from Kentucky, Lauren began her career in financial services in 2008 and moved to North Carolina in 2016. She and her husband, Chris, live in Greenville with their five children; Landon, Liam, Brody, Brock, and Isla and their two golden retrievers, Hazel and Winston. In her spare time, Lauren enjoys music, strength training, fishing, traveling, graphic design, and spending time by the water with her family.

About Sheryl
With more than 28 years of dedicated service at Warner, Hood, Hardee & Stroud Wealth Advisors, Sheryl Tyer brings a wealth of expertise in client relationships, scheduling reviews, and team operations. Her career has been defined by a commitment to serving others and focusing on building long-term partnerships that empower clients to achieve their financial goals.

Education
Sheryl earned her associate degree in marketing from Lenoir Community College.

Away from the Office
Sheryl lives in La Grange with her husband Tommy. She loves life as “Gigi” and spoiling her grandchildren- Charlie, Nora, Amelia and Noelle. Sheryl keeps busy with her family and her active role in the children’s ministry at Oak Forest Church of Christ.

About Amber
Amber Staup brings over a decade of banking experience from Texas before joining Warner, Hood, Hardee & Stroud Wealth Advisors in 2014. She supports clients in many ways, including customer service, asset movement, estate processing, team operations, and process management. Amber values working with a team that cares deeply about one another and their clients’ success.

Away from the Office
Amber lives in Kinston, NC, with her husband, William, and their dog, Bailey. She is actively involved with the Girl Scouts, where she has served in many volunteer roles, including her favorite—Day Camp Director. Amber was honored with the Distinguished Service Award from Girl Scouts North Carolina Coastal Pines in 2016 and 2020. She also serves on the board for Mary’s Kitchen in Kinston and is active at 902 Church in children’s ministry and the welcome team.

The 2016 and 2020 Distinguished Service Award by Girl Scouts North Carolina Coastal Pines was bestowed by the Girl Scouts North Carolina Coastal Pines as a result of community efforts, unrelated to the business of the firm.
